Anthropic filed its Form S-1 with the SEC on October 26 to list Class A shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under ticker "ANT." The filing shows $16.29 billion in revenue for the six months ended June 30, up from $1.16 billion a year earlier — roughly 1,300% growth — with an 85% gross margin and $974 million in Q2 operating income. The headline $80.7 billion first-half net loss includes a $72.4 billion non-cash charge. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley lead 24 underwriters.
Meta announced a $95 billion capital raise: $35 billion via underwritten public equity offerings plus $60 billion through an at-the-market program. Nvidia committed $3 billion of that offering as part of a deepened partnership covering expanded Vera Rubin and Vera CPU deployment and Meta's Muse AI agent. AMD and Broadcom were also reported interested in buying up to $5 billion combined. NVDA closed Monday up 2.4% at $216.00 and ticked higher premarket.
Bank of America, Citi, Morgan Stanley and Blackstone announced a $63 billion transaction through a newly formed SPV to buy Broadcom XPU accelerators and networking gear and lease them to Anthropic. First-lien senior debt is roughly $43.5 billion, about 69% of the total, with Blackstone sole provider of the committed second lien; Broadcom provides residual value support. Deliveries begin in calendar 2027. AVGO rose 2.3% to about $336.71 and held that gain premarket.
Alphabet and Microsoft report Wednesday, October 28; Amazon follows Thursday, October 29. Capex guidance is the whole ballgame: Microsoft now points to roughly $190 billion for 2026, up 61% year over year; Alphabet guides $195 to $205 billion after two hikes; Amazon is around $220 billion. Street models Azure growth near 47.7% and AWS at about 38.2%.
Celestica posted Q3 revenue of $5.83 billion, up 83% year over year, with adjusted EPS of $3.30 versus $1.58. It raised 2026 to roughly $21.0 billion in revenue and $11.55 adjusted EPS, then set an initial 2027 outlook of $40.0 billion revenue, 9.0% record adjusted operating margin and $21.50 adjusted EPS. Shares jumped about 16.4% premarket to $287.00 on hyperscaler and frontier-lab demand.
China's STAR50 index, which tracks its largest AI and chip names, is down roughly 40% from a peak near 250 times trailing earnings, erasing about $480 billion in under four months. AI names had been 42% of China's market before the unwind; JPMorgan pegs AI-linked stocks at 49% of S&P 500 value today. Senator Elizabeth Warren separately flagged AI investment levels, corporate debt and oversight gaps as systemic risks.
Barclays analyst Dan Levy upgraded Tesla from Equal Weight to Overweight and lifted the 12-month target from $370 to $450, a 20% bump. The call leans on a recovery in core auto, progress commercializing Robotaxi, energy storage with 2027 Megapack orders nearly sold out, and optionality around a potential SpaceX combination. Shares rose about 5% to 6% to their highest level since July; Lucid fell 4% and Rivian slipped.
Pierre Ferragu at New Street Research moved Intel from Neutral to Buy, arguing agentic AI is driving a structural lift in server CPU demand and that supply constraints will persist for years. The firm sees Intel server capacity growing more than 50% in 2027 and server CPU revenue reaching $50 billion by 2030 even if share slips to 20% to 25% of a $220 billion-plus market. The $125 target is 25 times a 2030 EPS estimate of $7.10. INTC gained 4% to 5%.
Rosenblatt's John McPeake raised his Palantir price target to $260 from $225, implying about 31% upside from Monday's close, with the stock near $198.84. Channel checks point to continued strong commercial growth and new logo additions as enterprise AI moves to at-scale deployment. The firm argues Palantir's addressable market is more than an order of magnitude larger than its street-high 2027 revenue estimate of $14.6 billion.
OpenAI trimmed the valuation it's seeking from new investors to $1.25 trillion from the $1.4 trillion pitched earlier in October to backers including BlackRock and UAE fund MGX, as it raises up to $30 billion. The reset lands the same week Anthropic filed publicly. Separately, GPT-6.1 Terra became available October 27 to Plus, Pro, Enterprise and Edu tiers and via the API, with reports of roughly 50% lower API pricing. OpenAI is private; this is a read-through for MSFT, NVDA and AMZN, not a tradable name.
